At Jingyu Jewelry, every piece is designed and handcrafted with the utmost care and precision. We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we gladly offer a 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy.

Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days from the date your package was delivered or available for pickup.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, promotional gifts, and documents (including the original certificate of authenticity and warranty card).
  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is strictly required prior to shipping the item back. We will not accept any packages without a valid RAN.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the high quality of our pieces, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return window.
  • Custom-designed jewelry (any order for which a CAD design was created and confirmed by the customer).
  • Personalized or engraved fine jewelry.
  • Rings that have been previously resized or modified by a third-party jeweler.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged.
  • Comparative Purchasing: Purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder is not allowed and may be blocked.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to ensure your package is fully insured and safely received:

  • Contact Us First: Email our support team at llgems9999@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  • Receive Your RAN: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific return shipping instructions.
  • Pack Your Jewelry: Place the jewelry securely back in its original packaging. Ensure all certificates and complimentary items are included.
  • Ship with Insurance: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation. Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Note: Jingyu Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please keep your shipping receipt as proof of insurance.

4. Refund Process & Processing Fees

Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it to verify its condition.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the item passes inspection.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Please allow 4-7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.
  • Transaction Fees (Non-Quality Returns): If you are returning an item for personal reasons (unrelated to product quality), please note that payment gateways do not refund their transaction fees. Therefore, the refunded amount will have the gateway fee deducted (e.g., PayPal deducts approx. 4.5%, Stripe deducts approx. 3.4%). Original shipping fees are also non-refundable.
  • Company-Related Issues: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, manufacturing defect), you will receive a 100% full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Resizing & Lifetime Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are happy to support you long after your purchase.

Complimentary Resizing (Within 60 Days)

We offer one free resizing within 60 days of delivery, provided the ring falls within our recommended sizing range. Alternative metals and eternity bands cannot be resized due to their design but can be exchanged within 30 days.

Lifetime Repairs & Maintenance

  • Within 90 Days: For any repair requests submitted within 90 days of receiving your item, we will cover the repair costs and shipping fees.
  • After 90 Days: We continue to offer free repair services for the lifetime of your jewelry. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our international facility in China, as well as any associated customs clearance fees.
  • Material Costs: If a repair requires replacing lost stones or adding significant metal (e.g., due to severe human-caused damage), materials will be charged strictly at cost price with no markup.
