At Jinyu Jewelry we are committed to delivering your beautiful jewelry safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
Since our jewelry includes both in-stock items and made-to-order pieces, processing times may vary:
- In-Stock Items: Usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Custom / Made-to-Order Jewelry: Please allow 7-15 business days for casting, polishing, and setting.
- Loose Stones: Typically shipped within 5-10 business days. (Note: Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. If you place an order after business hours, it will begin processing the next business day.)
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Time
We offer worldwide shipping to ensure your order reaches you wherever you are. We use reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Standard Postal Services.

Standard Shipping:
- Cost: $35.00 (FREE on orders over $500]
- Estimated Delivery: 10-20 business days.

Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS):
- Cost: $35.00 (FREE on orders over $600
- Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days.
- "Please note: Shipping costs for wholesale orders are higher due to weight and volume. Therefore, wholesale shipping fees are calculated separately and do not qualify for our standard free shipping offers.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays due to adverse weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs clearance are beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package on the carrier’s official website or via 17track.net.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices on our website are Ex-Works (EXW) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
- Your country’s customs authority may impose additional import duties, taxes, or fees. The recipient/buyer is entirely responsible for paying these charges.
- If a package is abandoned, destroyed, or returned because the buyer refuses to pay the customs duties/taxes, the buyer will be responsible for all consequences and related fees. Jinyu Jewelry will not provide refunds in such cases.
5. Shipping Address & PO Boxes
- No PO Boxes: Due to the high value of our products and the requirement for a signature upon delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at llgems9999@gmail.com. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot change the shipping address or stop the delivery.
6. Signatures and Lost/Damaged Packages
- Signature Required: For your security, high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
- Damages/Loss: Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You can also contact us for assistance.
